Notice – 7 January 2026

Affiliate therapists should email the clinic at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s payments.

Notice – September 2025

Any emergency situation should be recorded via the Affiliate Hub. In addition, the emergency must be reported directly to the counselling clinic on 089-600-9460.

Notice – November 2025

Only payments that clients have made can be invoiced to the clinic. Please safeguard this by following the cancellation policy.
